You have managed commercial interior renovations from permit to handoff. You can read a schedule, run a trade meeting, and write a change order without being walked through it. You know what permit-ready drawings look like and what sub-par ones cost you.
Site Supervisors
You know how to sequence trades. You are on site early, you know what is happening in every corner of the job, and you do not need to be told to book the rough-in inspection before drywall goes up. You protect the schedule.
Estimators
You can build a detailed commercial renovation estimate from drawings. You know what allowances hide and you refuse to quote on incomplete information. You understand the difference between a competitive bid and a buyout strategy.
Skilled Trades
Framers, drywallers, millwork installers, and flooring mechanics who work in commercial environments and meet commercial tolerances. You show up when scheduled, you clean up your work, and you coordinate with the other trades on site.
