Your deadline is already set. We build around it.
Lease starts in five weeks. Investor walkthrough in three. Health inspection in six. VNG runs fast-track commercial renovation projects across the GTA when the standard schedule simply is not an option.
Extended crews, evening pushes, weekend runs. We pre-order materials before permits are in hand. We staff to the schedule, not the other way around.
“The date does not move. We do.”
When the standard timeline
is not available.
Your tenant occupancy date is locked in
The lease commencement date triggers rent, and the space has to be ready. We execute to that date. Pre-ordering materials, sequencing trades in parallel, and running extended hours until it is done.
Your previous contractor walked off the job
We take over abandoned commercial renovation projects. We assess what is complete, identify what is left, quote the remainder, and mobilize within days. No blame game, just forward progress.
Grand opening is already booked and marketed
Restaurant opening nights, retail launch events, clinic opening days. When the soft open date is committed to staff and the public, the space needs to be ready. We deliver to those dates.
Health inspection or compliance date is fixed
Medical facilities, food service operations, and childcare spaces have regulatory timelines that cannot slip. We work backward from inspection dates and execute the schedule to the hour.
How VNG compresses
a commercial schedule.
Speed without shortcuts. We accelerate delivery by running tasks in parallel, staffing heavier, and eliminating the wait time that bloats every standard schedule.
Trades run simultaneously, not one after another
We schedule mechanical, electrical, and framing to overlap wherever code allows. Waiting for one trade to clear before mobilizing the next is where most timelines lose weeks.
Materials ordered before permits are issued
We order long-lead materials when permits are submitted, not when they are approved. For most commercial projects, permit approval and material delivery overlap completely.
More people, more hours when the timeline demands it
We staff up to the schedule. Evening shifts, Saturday runs, two-team rotations. The crew size and hours are determined by the target date, not by what is convenient.
Fast-track costs more.
So does a delayed opening.
Extended hours and weekend shifts carry a premium, typically 10-20% above standard pricing. We say that upfront. What we also say: the carrying cost of a delayed opening, lost revenue from a lease that is paying rent on an unusable space, or the reputational cost of a missed launch date almost always exceeds the fast-track premium. Most clients do the math and call us the same day.
