Step 2: Site Visit
We walk the space with you. We look at base building conditions, assess the scope, identify anything the drawings may have missed, and ask the questions that will prevent surprises later. No charge for the visit.
Step 3: Itemized Quote
Within five business days of the site visit, you receive a detailed, trade-by-trade quote with scope defined, exclusions listed, and a proposed start-to-finish timeline. No allowances. No buried costs. A number you can work with.
