Compliant narcotics storage installation, secure room construction, and controlled substance storage to federal and provincial pharmacy regulations.
OTC Retail Layout
Full retail floor build-out including shelving systems, accessible aisles to AODA clearances, point-of-sale area, and customer service counter with appropriate barrier guards where required.
Accessible Service Counters
AODA-compliant service counter heights, knee clearances, and approach zones. We coordinate with your designer to meet both regulatory and branding requirements.
Permit & Inspections
Full building permit management from submission through final occupancy inspection. We are familiar with healthcare occupancy and change-of-use classifications across Toronto, Mississauga, and Brampton.
