1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vullnet Nura Group website located at vullnetnuragroup.com ("Site") and the general conditions under which Vullnet Nura Group ("VNG", "we", "us", "our") provides commercial renovation services. By accessing the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

VNG is a commercial renovation contractor incorporated and operating in Ontario, Canada, with its principal place of business in Mississauga, Ontario.

2. Website Use

The content on this Site is provided for general information about VNG's services. You may browse the Site for personal and commercial use. You may not:

3. Quote Requests and Inquiries

Submitting a quote request through our website does not create a contractual obligation on either party. A binding contract for renovation services is only formed when VNG issues a written proposal that is accepted in writing by the client, and a formal contract is executed between both parties.

4. Service Terms

Commercial renovation services provided by VNG are governed by the specific written contract executed with each client. Those contracts include project-specific terms covering scope of work, schedule, payment terms, warranty provisions, and dispute resolution. The following general principles apply unless otherwise stated in a signed contract:

• Scope: VNG provides services only as defined in the written scope of work. Changes to scope require written change orders signed by both parties.
• Payment: Payment terms are set out in each contract. VNG typically requires a deposit prior to mobilization and progress payments tied to defined milestones.
• Warranty: VNG provides a one-year warranty on workmanship from the date of substantial completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are passed through to the client.
• Permits: Where VNG manages permits as part of the project scope, permit fees are charged to the client at cost. VNG is not responsible for municipal delays in permit issuance that are outside its control.
• Insurance: VNG maintains $5 million commercial general liability insurance and is registered with WSIB. Certificates are provided at contract signing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and project photographs, is the property of VNG or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Project photographs on this Site depict work completed by VNG. They may not be reproduced, republished, or used in marketing materials without written consent from VNG.

6. Accuracy of Information

VNG makes reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this Site is accurate and current. Cost ranges, timelines, and regulatory information are provided for general planning purposes and may change without notice. 7. Limitation of Liability

This limitation does not affect liability for death or personal injury caused by VNG's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario law.
